The house is very good, it has an excellent structure and very well taken care of. The pool is a separate chapter, where it is cleaned by hosts every day. The swimming pool catches the sun from sunrise to sunset, is in a great solar position. The hosts are very attentive, and always concerned about our stay. We went with family, and we were a good time in the city, including I needed to work remotely and the wifi is very good.

The back of the house is a charm. We loved it! We were only 2 days (weekend), but they were great days. The house is equipped, complete, all right. A point that had not been clear to me from the photos is that one of the rooms (suite) is external, access through the laundry... which for us was not an issue. Check in and check out were super good as well. Juliana quickly supported the questions we had. I highly recommend it!

Fabiana is extremely responsible, helpful with the information, kept the communication, always very kind. The house is exactly like in the pictures, with space and very well accommodated my family. A safe and organized place. Garagem for two cars is great for those who go with family members. We have everything we need in a house. Lençóis, pillows, covered, td clean. Good showers. Anyway, I loved everything, I'm sure to indicate when I return to Pelotas, I will be staying again, because in addition to all of this, it is easy to get around with an app or a car to points in the city.

Gustavo's house is great, wide equal to the one described in the listing. Very well equipped with appliances, it is safe. The reception was great, with mimo of the famous Pelotas sweets. I certainly host again and recommend it .

The host from the first contact has shown kindness in your service. Later at the check-in, it was evident that it was not a simple accommodation, as soon as I entered the house I felt warmth and tranquility. These sensations get even stronger as we observe that everything was very clean and organized. The host left some treats like hygiene utensils, several clean towels, linens, and drinks in the fridge. I thank you publicly for the good service provided and in my opinion this accommodation deserves well more than 5 stars. Pena that 5 is the maximum.

The location is excellent, in front of a park with lake, track for running and hiking, decks, bakery in the building itself, an easily accessible garage, close to the mall and located on the way to the beach of Laranjal (about 10 minutes). The stay in the apartment of Mr. Adhemar was very quiet. The site is very safe, cozy and has everything you need for vacation days, or work. Very close to the center and also to one of the main squares of the city (Cel. Pedro Osório). Super recommend!

Great apartment! Very clean and organized, with comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen well-equipped. The structure of the condominium is great too. The high point of the accommodation was the availability of Melissa, who was always ready to serve us.

The apartment is very nice, with many details where you can see that there is a lot of dedication behind it. We spent an amazing night. It was very important for us that the vehicle was inside a closed area, and in this case it even had surveillance. We felt like a friend had lent us his house. Great space and very attentive host.

Everything is very good. It has everything you need. Easy access from the parking lot to the apartment. The only thing that would be missing would be an AC. Everything else is spotless.

We felt right at home! You can tell they love the details! Upon arrival we found the house fragrant, tidy and surrounded by plants. We recommend and will certainly return!

I loved the condominium, the pool looks like a mini water park, has a gym easy access, has a playground for children. Moraria here no problem. The box found it small and the towels that were white I thought were gray, my mother washed several times with qboa to lighten. And they were pretty rough we couldn't make it soft. But it had very cute bathroom kit. Water in the fridge for us to receive. Very helpful Levi, we had a problem with the pool because of the closure of time he warned us and gave us a courtesy. I will return, I recommend the condominium is very good there is no noise, the neighbors are very friendly. There is a little market inside the condominium. Thanks for hosting!
