Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is located right in front of a stream with a great view of Cerro Gordo. It has a swimming pool and a paddling pool, a terrace for 30 people, a barbecue/bar with an outdoor TV, a children's playhouse, a volleyball net, a trampoline, a campfire area, and plenty of space to enjoy your stay. 15 minutes from downtown Tepa and 20 minutes from Las Coquitas de San José de Gracia, we invite you to stay at our country house.

Great place to stay. The place is a ~5 min drive to downtown. The unit is on a 2nd floor with flight of stairs. A few small hiccups in the beginning and host was super responsive and quick! Great suggestions on where to eat. Even offered an early check in. A great experience overall.

Great host, home was as described. No complaints at all 10/10

It's a good place as it's between the center and the livestock expo; both can be reached on foot from there. The place is cozy and comfortable. 100% recommended.

Amazing, Amazing!!! Maria by far is the best host ever. She's responsive, attentative, nice and very helpful. If you need a place to stay in Tepatitlán, this is the right place. Everything it's near by and the people from Tepa are just so helpful and nice. Maria's place offers everything you need to feel at home and if you have a question or need anything you can ask her and she will do her best to help you. If you're looking for somewhere safe to stay, this is it. It was my first time in Tepatitlán and I will be back at Maria's place soon with all my family. Seriously, everything was just amazing!!

I loved the house, it's like being in your own home, everything is very clean and in order. The rooms are very cool, good lighting and the bathrooms working at 100. If I had to make another reservation I would be with Elia without thinking twice. My guests and I were very satisfied, I highly recommend it!!
