Achilleas is a great host, always smiling, welcomed us well and all the time he was at our disposal. The apartment was clean, has a wide terrace with sea views, the beds were very comfortable and had all kinds of amenities. The location is also very good- close to the beach and to the center. Mostimportantly, our pet was welcome and felt very good. We would come back again.

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

We had a great stay at Dino's apartment. It was all there and Dino was always available and very helpful :)

We felt completely comfortable in Maria's apartment. Marie is really very warm and extremely hospitable. She was always there for us, whether it was questions about excursions or activities, or problems with our rental car. The location of the apartment is optimal, whether beach or center, everything is easily accessible on foot. We had a very nice time in Skala Fourka

This place is absolutely perfect!!! The apartment is not big, but it has all the necessary stuff for a great holiday. The view from the lovely terrace is to die for!!! I think we spent more than half of our time sitting there and just enjoying the marvelous view to the sea and Mount Olympus. There are shops, restaurants and a playground just 2 minutes away on foot. The beach is basically right at your front door. A parking spot is just under the apartment. The host is also perfect! Absolutely meticulous in his instructions and super helpful all the time. We've been traveling the world but this place and this experience are definitely in my top 5! We hope we could return soon.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

Giorgos is a wonderful host, very responsive and hospitable. He was understanding even when he had to meet us late at night, because we couldn't leave on time. The place is accessible, clean, the view from the terrace is amazing, literally opposite the harbor, which for fishing enthusiasts is the best location. Right under the apartment is Giorgos' tavern. Also a very pleasant atmosphere, delicious food and a very warm attitude. We will be back again!

Tilemachos' place was just what we were looking for. We came during offseason so we could have some peace and this place is just perfect for it. it was spot clean, super quiet, very cosy and we could just relax on the pool or on the couch. The only important thing you have to have for this place is a car, cause otherwise you cannot reach it and grocery shopping is impossible.

Good place to stay in a good location. As described on the site. There is a fishing and spearfishing shop in the next building, which was an additional advantage for me. The disadvantages of the problem with the internet. Christ responded to this issue and replaced the equipment, but the low speed from the provider did not make it possible to use the Internet comfortably. And the mobile internet, unfortunately, is also very bad in this place. If this is not a problem, then the apartment of Christ is a great option, especially for a large group.

The house was very clean, perfect for 4 people. Very close to the beach, 10 min walking distance. We loved the garden. Host is very helpful and communication went very well and easy. Thank you

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Wonderfully located apartment with great views of the sea and the mountains. Spacious, nicely furnished apartment with three very nice bedrooms. The village of Pyrgadikia is very idyllically located in a small bay. Overall, the apartment and the area are highly recommended!

In one word, PERFECTION. Even nicer and better than we expected. Location is TOP. Plenty of shade during the day. Getting into the water is just great, water divine. In the evening on the beautiful terrace, you hear nothing but the rustling of the waves literally falling into the house and you also hear the pebbles exchanging their cities with each other. Peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and still close to grocery stores, taverns and establishments. Locals super friendly. One word PARADISE in short. We couldn't see the view from the terrace to the Aegean sea enough. We rested our body and soul. We made it a long way, but it was worth it. We will definitely come again....

Do not miss Themida's house when you visit Chaniotis. We were two families with kids and spent 9 unforgettable days. The place is exceptional, close to the beach and the tavernas in the city centre. You can also do BBQ on the porch if you prefer to stay in the house. Themida is super friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit it again.

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

The house is great, we felt like at home, has everything you might need during the stay and you can fell that it is someones warm place. It is on the ground floor with the garden on the one and the terrace on the other side and you can have shadowed outside place any time during the day. The beach is just across the street and there are umbrellas and chairs for the beach in the house and if you want beach bar with sunbeds there are few 10-15 minute walk from the house. We enjoyed at the beach right in front of the house - the beach is sandy and the sea is cleen. The complex is huge and has playground for kids, football, tennis and basketball court and is really well maintained. There are no shops in the walking distance so car is mandatory. Nestoras is great host, we had easy communication, flexible check in and even delicious sweets as a welcome gift, as well as, electric fly/mosquito swatter which was really useful. Communication was friendly and positive and we'll stay in touch :)

we really enjoyed the personal touch of the apartment. you feel like being at home immediately. the flat offers all necessities and everything is super clean. be aware that the house is not right on the seafront, as we wrongfully expected. but it‘s still only a 2 minute walk across the street to the nearest beach. overall a nice location. highly recommend.

We had a really nice holiday. Everything was wonderful.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Everything was ok.

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.
