Monthly Rentals in Pee Pee Township

Our second stay…we love the spacious interior, the private secluded lot, the old buildings dotting the front yard that may have seen better days, but still add charm and historic appeal. Our favorite thing though, is the front porch that spans the entire front of the house. Coffee in the morning, the radio and cocktails in the evening while watching the sun dip behind the mountain…it’s perfect. And, in between, there are several state parks nearby with nice hiking trails, or the city of Portsmouth for antiques, or viewing the murals along the river. We love this rental, and can’t wait to return.

I had a long stay here and it was perfect! The place is new and was very clean. kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Fawn was a great host and was always quick to help with any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay so much!

This was by far one of our favorite stays. It was a perfect getaway that gives you a beautiful cabin, privacy, and comfort while offering a beautiful view that greets each morning, and throughout the day. I quickly made friends with the 3 beautiful cows, and really enjoyed feeding and petting them. Stella, Rosie and Posie are now my lifelong friends! After a long day of hiking, getting in the hot tub overlooking the trees was so relaxing. Additionally the shower was incredibly relaxing and spacious. Billie was extremely kind and helpful. Everything was so simple and perfect that we didn’t even need to reach out to the host with any questions or issues. Though I know if there was, he would be quick to be on top of it. We look forward to coming back to Waverly just to come stay here again! Definitely make sure to check this place out if you’re staying in the area. Very lovely home in a picturesque location. We only needed to stop and sleep but I would love to go back and stay longer. The home was very clean and super comfortable. The host was very accommodating and we would definitely recommend!
