There is a locking glass slider, california king bed, jetted bath tub and small sitting area. Must have good mobility to climb 13 stairs to the second floor. There is one resident house cat that resides in the lower level of house, with host and co-host. Non-smoking. Three miles from beach, hiking & activities.
