Monthly Rentals in Paula Cândido

The stay was lovely, the host is very good, the location is good, easy to find, easy to get to, close to the city center, very well equipped and clean. It's in the back of the host's house, but offers a good level of privacy. We had no difficulty finding a parking space, despite not having a garage, the car was at the door. The streets of the neighborhood are a little bumpy, but nearby there is plenty of room to visit, in the city and its surroundings. The atmosphere is nice, it was worth it.

Very pleasant stay, location very close to UFV, private room has a pleasant view. Priscila is Indescribable, super kind, communicative, friendly. There's nothing to complain about. I felt very comfortable staying there. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place! The house is super cozy, the kind where you feel at peace just by arriving. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for those who like to cook (or just prepare a cup of coffee). The bed is very comfortable and the bed linens are great, everything is very clean and smells good. The host is super polite, attentive and willing to help with anything. I want to come back and I highly recommend it!
