The apartment fort is the place, location and view. The price could be a bit lower. But we understand the proposal because it is a historic building and an apartment also with historical value. Some parts were under construction but did not make hosting unfeasible. The host is totally available to ask questions, help vom weak problems and very friendly. Get ready to open the front balcony door and get thrilled by the view of the lake. Good for large families and beautiful hikes in the surrounding area, with pharmacy, bakery and barbecue services nearby, being possible to access on foot. Being at the entrance to Petrópolis, Quitandinha is very close to the historic center by car. We will come back for sure! I would recommend it.

It was my first time in Petrópolis. And this accommodation was a find! I found the right person and the right place at the right time. It was all amazing. Wagner's support and treatment elevated the level of the experience. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Very helpful, incredible energy, willing to help. The room then, my god!!! My friends and I felt at home. Clean, spacious, thought out in every detail. There were 3 of us, we managed to settle in and get along QUIETLY. An impeccable view of the Lake, a few minutes walk to the famous Lago Sul steakhouse. Apart from the experience that takes place in Quintandinha itself. You don't even have to go far to have a good time, just get off the elevator and there's: a swimming pool, bowling alley, restaurants, cafeterias. We were very satisfied! We already have a place to return to, people to count on and we will recommend it a lot!

The place is really excellent and confortable. Great beds,nice,new and tidy sheets and towels. Viviane was extramely helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was a cloth for the kitchen. The view from the balcony was superb. Hope to visit Quitandinha again soon

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Petrópolis! I had a wonderful stay at Alexandre’s apartment in Petrópolis! The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions, restaurants, museums, and downtown just a short walk away. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. You can tell it’s a place where the owners live, as every detail is thoughtfully curated and adds to the charm. Alexandre is an exceptional host—always attentive and quick to respond to any needs or questions. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. If you’re planning a trip to Petrópolis, I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to return!

The accommodation is amazing, from the organization to the incredible view of Lake Quintandinha. The space is very well equipped, Carla is very helpful, she gave clear instructions, recommendations of places. We really like to stay.

The place is great and has a beautiful view! The location is great and the loft is very cozy and pleasant. The village served me and my family perfectly.

The house is in a condominium where we have to go through a doorman/gate to enter. The location is excellent and in a very tranquil place. The host provided bedding for the cold and we also got firewood for the fireplace from the caretaker. We were in a group of 6 people and the accommodation served us very well for what we needed. Perhaps the only point we could have talked about better is the bath towels, but we managed to fix it.

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. Mr. Willen is very cordial, and always ready to answer our questions. We were delighted with the place. We can only thank you 🙏

Magical place! Super quiet, peaceful and with a lot of contact with nature. The cottage was even more beautiful than in the photos. All directions were clear and I had no issues. I had a good time and would definitely come back!

It was amazing, the view is beautiful, having breakfast with that landscape was a unique experience, the kitchen utensils were super necessary, super clean and cozy, well equipped. For me, the only negative point was not about the stay but about the parking space in the garage that would need to be paid for or leaving the car in front of the palace, in the open, where there are several parking attendants approaching you inappropriately, but that does not erase the fact that it was perfect.

Evaluation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location of the apartment is just great! It is very close to the main sights of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, Princess Isabel's House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with peace of mind. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The host was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without a second thought!
