The location is spectacular: views of the wetland with a great variety of birds and over breakfast, which was delicious, dolphins even showed up playing on the shore! The room is very spacious and cozy, all wooden, with huge windows, a perfect space to disconnect.

Perfect place to stay! They were very accommodating with my arrival and Heins was very accommodating and welcoming.

This is such a charming and friendly spot in Trelew! I'm so happy we stayed here. Walkable to the Touring Club for vermouth/coffee and the museum opposite.

Wonderful quick stay. Leonnel was so helpful. He helped us book our airport shuttle and processed our laundry in just a few short hours. The room was large and comfortable. Close to everything. Would 100% stay here again.

Guillermina, Benny and their team are very friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to all guests to make the stay feel like home. The landscape, the lake, the rooms make you rest and enjoy nature. Having the kitchen available to cook dinner is really very convenient. And also, if you don't have a car, the Ojeda bus stop that takes you to Castro and to the Muelle del Tiempo and Muelle de las Almas is a few meters from the hotel. Also a few meters away there is a craft booth that has a very friendly tour guide who advised us on all the attractions and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this hotel. If you go to Chiloé, you can't miss Cucao, and if you have the chance to stay at Palafito Cucao Lodge, you'll be very happy. Greetings to the entire team, hopefully we can return at some point.

Luis is a very welcoming host; he offered us information for excursions and a pisco sour (Chilean ;). Su lodge es bonito y con entorno verde (mejor de tener su coche para visitar la region y ir al centro de Coyhaique a cenar), las habitaciones tienen mucha luz natural tipo chalet (no son muy amplias pero el espacio esta bien utilizado). Le deseamos mucho éxito! Luis is a very good host. He provided information for excursions and offered us a pisco sour - chilean style of course ;). His lodge is beautiful, at the outskirts of Coyhaique, so peaceful and green, but better have your car to visit the region and go to town center for dinner. Rooms are not very large, chalet style, but space is well used. We wish him a lot of success!

Great view from balcony, nice location near town. Hugo was very nice to allow us a late check in.
