Vacation rentals with a pool in Passignano sul Trasimeno

The stay at the Capocontro estate was very satisfactory. The entire old village is a jewel set in the greenery, with spectacular views of the woods of the Val di Chiana. The place is tidy and clean, picturesque and elegantly retro. Piero and Lella are very available in communications and suggestions of places to visit and eat. We loved the peace and quiet of the place, as well as the pool with a view. We stopped little and the weather was a little capricious, otherwise we would have enjoyed the exteriors of the farm more. Only small mole: the dishes and the fridge were not really immaculate, but nothing that can't be resolved with a sponge shot. Highly recommended for both a short and long stay, so you can enjoy the quiet of the place and visit the surroundings.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I've booked houses many times, I've never had hosts like this before. Upon our arrival, we found not only cheese and sausage, but also homemade bread and pastries. On the third day we were surprised with a cake and the day after they made lasagne and dessert for us. Samuele was by far the friendliest and most attentive host we have ever experienced. Its warm nature made the stunning house perfect. We were three families with children, each had their retreat. The kitchen was great for cooking together. The surroundings are fabulously beautiful, the view a dream. The pool and playground for the kids were perfect. We had a wonderful week and would come back anytime. Communication with Saskia in advance and with Samuele on site was excellent. I could rave for a long time, unfortunately the characters are not enough. 1000 thanks to Samuele for the great house and his hospitality. See you next time

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a shared pool... In short, a heavenly place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

I stayed at the adorable place with my family for a week. Upon arrival, the host gave us the key and showed us everything. We especially liked the large pool and the breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno from the upper floor of the house. We had a very nice week in Umbria and explored the surroundings in day trips. If you have any questions or problems, the host has always been kindly helped. We will be happy to come back.

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Beautiful place owned by a very nice family. They were very helpful and easy to reach for questions. We were coming with our 2 young kids and brought us toys for them without us asking for. The house is old but well renovated. It is closed to the airway and closed to the main cities. Our stay there was just perfect and we would come back without any hesitation. We spent a week with our group of friends at Aldo and his son's house. Communication with them was very straightforward and if we had any problems, we were quickly helped. The house is superbly equipped and we felt comfortable right from the start. With the sauna and the large pool in the garden, there is hardly any reason to leave the house. And if you feel like taking a trip, good ice cream parlors and beautiful small towns, such as Cortona can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

The stay was amazing, the Host Luciano was very nice and forthcoming about any inquiry we had. I can recommend the place to anybody who wants to have a nice, chill time in the hills of central Tuscany.
