We had such a great stay at Ashley’s place! The space was clean, fun, and full of positive energy. There was no shortage of things to do—between the pool, paddleboards, canoe, dart board, and ping pong table, we were entertained the entire time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was well-kept. Ashley and her co-host were incredibly friendly and respectful of our privacy, staying in their own attached living space. We only saw them briefly on Sunday morning while they were outside doing some yard work—otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. It was a perfect spot for me, my 14-year-old daughter, and her group of eight friends. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

The inside is clean, tastefully decorated, updated with all of the modern comforts and flows perfectly. We found the home easy to settle into and the beds provided a great night's sleep. Our host was friendly, informative and thorough. He made himself available to us if needed. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Both check-in and out were made very easy. This was our second stay at Ernest's house, and once again, it did not disappoint. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area is a peaceful place to hang out and overlook the water. You have beaches, bike trails, and restaraunts, all close by. Ernest is a great host and easy to get in touch with. We hope to be back in the future. We highly recommend staying here.

It was exactly as described. We loved the neighbourhood, very quiet. We loved the fenced backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened area. We ate all our meals outside. Very peaceful. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We loved the dock and being able to fish everyday. We were also able to bring our boat. The house was clean & had everything that we needed. Jennifer was a great host and was in communication with me our entire stay answering any questions I had! Jennifer also allowed our 2 dogs to stay with us and we are so appreciative of that! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Florida home! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool – crystal clear, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and we were just a short drive from great restaurants and beaches. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back!

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

I really enjoyed my stay here, Roxy was extremely accommodating and did not miss a beat with the design. The place was super clean and had a lot of cool high-tech features that made things easy and fun. It’s in a quiet golf club area, so it was peaceful and relaxing the whole time. It was a great spot for me to chill and unwind. I’d definitely come back!

Amy was a wonderful host and always available if we needed her. She made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay again when we are down there visiting.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area.
