I had a wonderful stay at Yulia’s house during my time in Armenia. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Yulia was a fantastic host, very welcoming and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Armenia. Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Charming private house in Garni

A huge, spacious house with a large garden, a parking space, a barbecue and a large dining table outside. A great option for a large family or group of friends. Garni's biggest attractions are a short walk, or a taxi or your own car. It's close to nearby shops with good supplies. The house has everything you need. Nice and very helpful hosts. If you are traveling in Armenia, this place is definitely worth recommending to relax in the evening after a long tour.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Cozy place to stay in a great spot We were able to enjoy the local beauty (you can walk on your own throughout). The kitchen was occupied, but highlighted the kitchen in another unoccupied cabin. There are animals in the Eco house, but it didn't bother us. Come, do not regret it.

A simple apartment, but in a perfect location with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The property includes an art gallery, which adds a truly special touch. The hosts, Ruzanna and Ruben, were incredibly kind and warm-hearted – Ruzanna even cooked us the most delicious traditional dinner and gave us a personal tour of the gallery. I would absolutely recommend this place for a unique and authentic Garni experience!

This place is an absolute gem, and we felt so lucky to have found it! Beauty awaits both inside and out, with breathtaking views and a truly unique location – the Garni temple is literally just beyond the fence, yet the house and garden feel completely private. The guesthouse offers several unique rooms, each thoughtfully decorated with handmade pieces and artworks. The peaceful garden hints at incredible beauty during the blossom season. But the true heart of this guesthouse lies with its owners, the artists Ruzan and Ruben. Their warm personal welcome made us feel like cherished guests, and their invitation to explore their art gallery and studios was a delightful touch. They were so genuinely kind and polite. Oh, and the breakfast was outstanding – that omelette and Armenian coffee were the best I've had in ages! While we wish we could have visited in warmer weather, our experience was remarkable even with the rain. Thank you for sharing your home; I truly hope to return!
