Nice place to stay. Came here in autumn and the trees were that orangy yellowish color and it felt so really nice. Nice location as well.

One of the things I love about Airbnb is that sometimes you get a chance to encounter fine people. This is one of those cases. Ovsanna and her family are the finest people on the planet. Their kindness and hospitality is just humbling. They make you feel at home and a part of the family. Also the place is fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice. Everything is new, refrigerator, stove, washing machine and the whole place is sparkling clean and fresh. Very comfortable and safe. Most of the time my door was open and the whole neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. It’s great place for digital nomads who are looking for a quiet and peaceful place. I definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to come back again soon. Thanks for your kind hospitality 🙏🏽

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

A great apartment with a mountain view, the airport and the night Yerevan. Very caring hosts Narek and Marina tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Provided everything you need for a comfortable life and New Year's meeting, even served homemade cakes, Armenian coffee and wine) The apartment has its own heating and hot water, you can adjust the temperature. Very comfortable new mattresses)) Cozy renovation, everything is neat and tasteful, spacious kitchen, you can cook comfortably. Nice range and oven. Fast wifi. The apartment is located near the airport, quick access. Also there are several supermarkets and a small park with children's playgrounds. The kids loved it!) Ararat is nice to see from the window. I was very happy with the house I lived in for two weeks. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. If I want to rent a house again in the future, I would definitely come back.
