We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was incredible with gorgeous views. Looking out the big windows was a favorite pastime for all of us. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The play area in the basement was amazing for our kids. The host was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. A highlight for us was eating local products from the little self-serve farm shop close by. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

We did not see it physically but had a lot of fruitful and friendly exchanges via the app Ideal location close to a few lakes including the Starnberg See which is a 15mn walk (swimming boat rides...) or the Ammersee which is 10mn by car In 45 minutes we are in Munich, in 1h10 at the castle of Neuschwanstein and therefore 10 minutes more and we are in the Tirol... We would recommend a stay here to everyone Tchuss

We had an incredibly great girls weekend. The place is super modern and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and a special highlight was that we could grill in the evening. Kati is a very nice host who responds quickly and leaves nothing to be desired. The surroundings are absolutely idyllic. In the morning, cows ran past our house and we were able to take beautiful walks directly from the front door. Parking is also sufficiently available. We absolutely enjoyed it and can clearly recommend Airbnb =)
