Vacation rentals with a balcony in Parpan

Everything was great, the instructions were very helpful and easy to understand. We really liked the place - there is even a squirrel in the trees in front of the terrace.

Worth every Rappen. Has everything you need. Even for children everything is available at the location. One stair and some steps away from the ski resort. Perfectly situated.

We love the view so much and it’s very cozy, clean and well equipped like home. The price is very reasonable. 6 people to share are perfect! The host is very responsive and kind to help us to check in and out. Wish we can come again next time!

Very nicely located accommodation at the back in Silbertal, plenty of space (but we were also 'only' 16 people, very friendly hosts, large kitchen and beautiful living area, supermarket in the village, Kristbergbahn almost at your doorstep, reliable bus traffic - our group enjoyed it very much!

Celerina is a nice alternative to st. Moritz as a base to explore Upper Engadin. Chesa Palüdin 8 is in a walkable distance to both train stations, bus stations and couple restaurants. Appartment is very well equipped. Keys can be picked up directly at the appointment.

This apartment is part of a complex comprising 7 buildings, and 710-1 is on the 5th floor of 'Haus 7'. It has a great view of Lake Silvaplana and the mountains from the corner balcony, where you can sit outside if the weather is warm. There's a nice spacious living area and two decent-sized bedrooms with lots of cupboards and storage space for coats, boots, etc. If your vehicle is less than 1.98m high then you will be able to use an underground parking space that is very convenient for the lift, which will take you directly up to the apartment level. If your vehicle is too high, the reception will direct you to free public parking 5 mins walk away. But you can still drive up to the reception for unloading and loading. The building is well equipped with a laundry room and cleaning room. There's a lockable bike room by reception with plenty of space. And although we stayed in summer, there's also lots of ski/boot storage in the complex. Do explore all the walking and biking options! And lots of free/cheap buses to get around. Wonderful area and we really enjoyed our 11 nights in the apartment.

A comfortable, clean and cozy apartment. Has everything a family needs for a week-long stay and more. Beautiful view over Davos. Great location. The house is situated right above the Parsennbahn valley station (almost "ski-out"), within walking distance of the train station and a bus stop, 15 minutes by foot away from the family-friendly Bünda ski lift. Hohe Promenade (hikeable in winter, too) starts right behind the house. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the playroom (shared with all tenants). We were late for the check-in as our train got cancelled, but the keyholder kindly waited for us at the reception. Thank you! If you (like us) arrive by public transport: the house is on a hillside, some 20 meters above the train station Davos Dorf. And the reception is even higher uphill. If you have heavy luggage, maybe take a taxi (it's just a 1-minute ride), or leave your luggage at the lower entrance (in the garage/parking) and get your keys at the reception first.

Although the appartement, the furtniture and the building are somewhat outdated, the amenities are great. The appt was extremely clean and everything one could need for a week's skiing holiday was present. Christoph is a very nice host, responsive and flexible. Makes ou feel right at home. All in all, great value for money - highly recommended.
