Mountain air/3.5 room apartment

Bright, quiet apartment with balcony, 2-3 bedrooms, 1500 m above sea level (separate small room on the same floor. In the middle of the ski and bike area Lenzerheide/Arosa! Cross-country ski trails, chairlift Heimberg. Beautiful hiking trails in summer. Cool nights in summer (we don't need air conditioning!) Playground in the village and beautiful hiking trails right behind the house or very close by. The last house on the edge of the village, with a small forest on the back. Well served by public transport. Access to the house.

The cottage is located directly in front of the gondola lift into the Arosa/Lenzerheide area and offers the perfect starting point for all winter and summer adventures. 🚠⛷️ Ideal for skiers/snowboarders: The gondola lift to the huge ski resort is right outside the front door and the valley descent ends right in front of the chalet. 🚴🏽🌞 The extensive area offers hikers and bikers countless possibilities. Adventurous will get their money's worth on the longest toboggan run in Switzerland and the new zipline.

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
