Monthly Rentals in Parone

It was a fantastic experience to live in Fabrizia’s house for 2 months. It is fully equipped and furnished very well. The house is very clean and cosy, everything is new! There is a garage box where you can park a car and also charge it (electric one). The place where the house is located is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Fabrizia really pays attention to the details! She is always available and ready to help you, to recommend where to go, what to see etc. She perfectly speaks English language! It is not common practice in Italy. This Airbnb is really a hidden gem! We fell in love with this place and people and decided to buy a flat here and also with this Fabrizia was able to help! This place is for always in our hearts! Grazie mille Fabrizia! Ci vediamo presto!

The location is great a few steps from A beautiful Piazza with coffees and restaurants a few minuets away. Alice and Diego were very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable. With elevator. It has everything you need for cooking. Comfortable beds. It is on the main street so if the windows are open you hear everything from the outside, but with the windows closed it is quiet. The apartment is packed with pictures on the walls. We were two friends sharing the apartment and it worked very well for us. The agent taking care of the apartment was very responsive.

The house is even nicer than the photos, the location is wonderful. We arrived with the grocery store and no longer touched the car. Every day a different hike, in the middle of silence and peace. The bed is very comfortable and the garden is safe for Laika and Greg, our two dogs. The five days spent in this village are literally flown in an instant. If you're looking for a little serenity, it's the place to recharge your body and mind. Repeat 😁
