Monthly Rentals in Parola

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Very nice apartment across the road to the train station. Center of town with a lot of restaurants near by Lara was very responsive and wanted to know that all is good with us. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The flat it’s in a good location from whom would like to visit north of Italy. It’s comfortable and the host was great, left the “basics” at there, that’s really helpful. I rightly recommend it. The beds was comfortable and clean and the sistema that closed the outside windows it’s amazing, makes like night during the day 😍😴😴😴😴. But, if you prefer light, it’s possible as well. There is a supermarket close by, like 100 meters, where you will buy the best olive breads and fresh pasta. There is a car park in front of the building. I would love having this place everywhere I go to holidays🥰🤪🤩.
