I had difficulty finding accommodation in the Pipa Center that offered more than one room, but I ended up finding this perfect place with two en-suites. Very cozy space, clean, safe and with everything you needed. I liked everything, it even has a solarium with a barbecue and a beautiful little square that overlooks the sea, great for hanging in a hammock or chatting with friends/family. The common area of the condominium is very green, the pool is great and I loved jumping into it after the beach. The location of the chalet is privileged, in the very center of Pipa near the central square and the Ladeira inn. In addition, the host was great, a very nice and attentive person. I had a really nice stay, everything here is a 10!

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

This was my third family trip to the state of Rio Grande do Norte and every time we went, it was definitely the best! Super well received, great location, cleanliness, comfort. The breakfast and the afternoon tea/afternoon coffee always made with great affection and love. The super receptive couple, leaving us at will during the stay, the Dalmatian Jolie completed with a golden key! It's a great place, but it's pricy. It has a great location, mini markets nearby, a beachfront, and amazing staff. They don’t have room service, but they have water, soft drinks, and beer to sell. 24/7 doorman service is included. The only downside is that the side doors don't open, and the balcony gets very hot during summer.

Super quiet stay, I went to spend only one day to get to sleep and rest from work and I managed to satisfactorily, I was super well attended and well treated, I highly recommend!

Comfort in the rooms: Comfortable beds, dark and air-conditioned rooms. Negative Aspects The lack of clear guidance over the closed door at night caused discomfort. Pool: It could be cleaner; cloudy water and waste have discouraged use. Overall, the stay was great, with service, comfort and cost-effectiveness as highlights. Small adjustments would make the perfect experience!
