Cozy house in Ponta Negra, very well located, close to the shopping beach, restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, among others. The house contains an outdoor area with garden/terrace. Upon entering, the kitchen and living room are an entire space, without partitions. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic utensils needed for cooking and the living room features a sofa bed and modern decoration. The bedroom has a double bed, hammock, SmarTV and air conditioning. Bathroom has hot water.

Pirangi's headquarters, so affectionately called by us after housing several friends in moments of relaxation and leisure, is a nice and cozy place on Pirangi do Norte Beach in the RN. Being located on the main avenue, it is close to some shops and is 10 minutes from the beach if you are walking. Ideal for gathering friends to have a barbecue. Come and meet too! Old-fashioned beach house. Access with a staircase and a suspended balcony (see photos and ask).
