It's a short walk to Old Town's shops, galleries, and restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. NEW for Summer 2020 ~ The City just installed a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town. The Main Street Trolley stops about 30-40 steps from the home. It goes up and down Main St and to the Old Town Transit Center, where you can take free buses to all 3 resorts and places like the factory outlet mall, grocery stores, etc. Minimum stays: winter ski season = 5 nights Sundance Film Festival = 9 nights all other = 2 nights The cottage is located at the top of historic Main Street. It's a quick walk to Old Town's shops, galleries & restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. It's also fun to sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs and chat with hikers and neighbors. The City installed an electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town.

My home is a remodeled townhouse in Old Town Park City [centrally located, on Park Ave]. 5 min walk to the bottom of Main street, grocery store, base of PCRM. If you don't feel like walking the bus stop is right outside of the front door! There are three window ac units (two in the bedrooms upstairs and one in the kitchen/living room) to keep things cool and comfortable in the summer.
