Monthly Rentals in Parham

We definitely got more than we paid for! James was very responsive and kind and his property had everything we needed. It had an ample supply of firewood and it was so peaceful - the view to the lake was absolutely mesmerising. Our two shih-tzus felt right at home. It was an amazing staycation for us. The kitchen was fully stocked and drinking water was provided for. We are now making plans to come back in the summer and also fall. Our last day we had the pleasure of meeting James and he was very nice! Thank you James and wifey for your beautiful property. We can’t wait to be back!

Absolutely spectacular. Hidden gem! If you are looking for something private but still within a 15-20minute drive to groceries this is the place to stay! You won’t be disappointed. Comfortably holds a family of 6! We had an absolute blast! Stunning property and open concept cottage. Lots of natural light and gorgeous view from the living room! The dock and wrap around deck were absolutely beautiful to enjoy for sunrise and sunset! 2 hour drive to Ottawa and 2 hours to Gatineau National Park! Highly recommend the drive into Gatineau park! And Pink Salmon trail! If you have fur babies, this park is very restricted due to the sensitive eco system! Really cute shops and restaurants in downtown Ottawa and in Gatineau Park! We absolutely will be coming back (: Thank you Rachael for being an incredible host! Very responsive to requests and very accommodating !

This is our second stay there within a months timeframe, this is how much we love this place! So beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. We just can’t say enough about this place and the host who is absolutely amazing to deal with. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next stay.

We had an amazing , peaceful stay at Olivia's cottage. A little oasis in the woods. The cottage was quaint , clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck and watching the sunrise while relaxing on the dock. Although there were nearby cottages, we really didn't see anybody giving us the feeling we had the lake to ourselves. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and canoe provided. The lake itself is not heavily populated with areas left wild. Every morning we were greeted by sunfish and rock bass at the dock and chickadees by the back deck. We had daily visits by a blue heron, a surprise visit by a pileated woodpecker and a close encounter with a Cormorant. We also enjoyed hiking in nearby Frontenac Provincial Park (a 30 minute drive). So many hiking trails. Olivia was friendly and always responsive. We are sure to return again and again.
