The place is excellent, very well looked after and has a beautiful view of the Pai das Misericórdias Sanctuary. I stayed for several days but wish I could have stayed much longer. I'll definitely be back. João and Josi were great.

The room is exactly like in the pictures! A great bed, air conditioning super welcome to the heat! The location is perfect, facing the beach that has a taxi boat service that already takes you for walks. The neighborhood is peaceful and 1.5 km away with several options to eat! Danielle leaves a guide in the room with several contact options for food, pharmacy and tours! Excellent cost benefit! Angra is wonderful!!🥰

Amália was very attentive from the beginning to the end. space in a good location, with atelies close to whoever went for it. perfect restaurant right next door. stay accommodated all our needs, a very cozy place, and I will certainly return in the same loft.

I always request, giving valuable information from the region, itineraries for tours and also about the house/apt. Very quiet and delicious condominium, surrounded by Atlantic forest, we had the opportunity to see capybaras, iguanas, and birds eating on the balcony. We will certainly be back soon, zero defects!

Andreia and Sérgio are very friendly, very flexible the check in, the impeccable cleaning the smell was wonderful, the flat is right in the center although the beach is improper is very close to everything, it is very close to the Guarani street which is the very busy one. The flat has few cooking utensils but it was possible to cook the basics, the only thing left to be desired was that it could only leave the car in the night during the day had to leave on the street or in the spaces in the front could not. But otherwise it paid off a lot, super indicate the location

the place in very central near the beach and very quiet surrounded by greenery. it does not have air for the hottest days can be a problem and as a comment to improve it is to put the missing window and the possibility of chapa or some kind of closure in the access of the bedroom since otherwise everything is open and no one guarantees that someone knew something was the most uncomfortable of the space. the owner is a very kind and kind person. Considering wearing a hairdryer is not considered .

I spent those last 8 days there and it was a delight , very comfortable clean smell, I super recommend , Marcos and Fernanda are to be congratulated , super attentive👏👏👏! I will return more often if God willing 🙏🙌🙌❤️❤️

Rebecca was a great host – so warm, friendly and incredibly caring. Thank her so much for everything! The view of nature and the marina was simply fantastic and has always created a very special feel-good atmosphere. It was all in great order, and I like to give five stars.

I highly recommend! Célia always answered us quickly and was very kind. We Like the place is very quiet, close to the center, bakeries, markets and right in the middle between the beaches of the north and south, where we like to circulate between them, it was perfect. We were very well received by Diego and his wife Janete, explained to us about everything and gave us many tips, always very helpful. The apartment is like the ad, well-equipped, accommodated us perfectly. We will definitely go back.

The stay was wonderful, a street away from the center of Ubatuba ( what appears in the videos). Great restaurants in the area, the atmosphere is wonderful, we enjoy too much!
