Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Paraty

The house is very good, and it was extremely clean and smelling. Very nice place for those who want to rest because the house is very cozy, in the neighborhood there is a market, a restaurant and a bakery nearby. Dona tb is very solicitous and attentive. All rooms with air conditioning, only compliments. We will definitely return.

Can’t explain how perfect this place is. The staff go above and beyond, Rogeria made our stay so special with her incredible food and attentiveness. Victor and Eliel were so helpful, so quick to respond and there to help at any point we needed. This house is so special. From the interior, the views, the food, the amenities to the nature and wildlife that surrounds. Turtles and dolphin sightings daily, you can swim, kayak, explore the other islands. It’s heaven, I can’t fault this place and can’t wait to come back one day. Huge thanks to all the staff that made our stay here so special, we miss this place already!

We had a great stay at Matheus’ house ! The apartment is very nice and cosy, and very well located, à few minutes from the city center and in a quiet area. Communication was very easy ! Would recommend it to anyone !

We loved staying at Casarão Corumbê, we were very well received by the host and very well served by the staff of the house, always very kind, helpful and polite. Casa always clean and well cared for, has a very nice swimming pool that added a lot in our stay. Beautiful view of the house!

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

Great house, the best place my husband and I have hosted on Airbnb. Casa Grande, had everything we needed, only the final road to get to the house that is a bit bumpy, but this is already the fault of the city hall, right, the hostess was very polite and she always answered at the time, nothing to complain; Just a suggestion: put a body mirror in the room because when we go to get out the night there is no way to see the body. No more, thank you very much!!

The apartment is excellent, much larger than the pictures describe, has an exclusive barbecue of the apartment that sits on the terrace, a very large and complete space for a family lunch, comfortable beds, working air conditioning. We'll definitely be back, my family loved it. Andreza was super solicit in Td.

Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

A Marineid is a cute, a kindness! the place was impeccable clean and it's like the pictures. The site has a beautiful view and is very close to downtown. Everything was great, I highly recommend it!

The beautiful place, high in the mountains and with a very delicious atmosphere. Very beautiful, well-equipped space, very beautiful decor and with all necessary amenities. Very attentive and proactive staff. I traveled to celebrate my engagement and it was a sensational experience. Recommend!!!!

The house is beautiful, and Angra is an amazing place! It is very comfortable to go in a group, as it allows you to be in a group, but, in turn, have some privacy. The property has 2 2 houses with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. A house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a nice quincho. The last house has a upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and a living room, kitchen, toilette and gallery downstairs. Those 4 houses are complemented by a building that has a wide gallery and the main kitchen. Every room has a spectacular view! The only thing to note is that to access all the houses there are stone stairs, some quite long. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. The house is from an architect who spends a lot of time there. This is noticeable in every detail of the decor, furnishings, lighting, and design. The house does not have a pool or electric generator, which in Angra can be useful. Jhonny, Carla and Claudia are very kind and helpful.

Osvaldo showed an unparalleled concern with our arrival and well-being during the stay. The house is beautiful, with spacious spaces to accommodate a large group and in the middle of nature. Super helpful and educated caseiros led us on horseback riding and hiking on the property. Super indicative for those who want to enjoy nature without giving up on comfort and facilities.

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

My experience with the stay was wonderful, the house is extremely cozy, clean, and everything very well organized, I will come back more often. Maristela was super attentive.

Great stay at Francesca’s place. We went with 7 people total and it worked out great. We were at the Airbnb for 8 days and it was amazing. We didn’t speak any Portuguese but the chef, boat company and Kaka (the helper at the Airbnb) were all very friendly and helpful. We had tons of fun swimming, snorkelling, kayaking to the beach and just having a relaxing getaway on the Island. I would suggest walking to the little town by the beach and having some food and walking around. The food was always delicious at the Airbnb (other than 1 dish but that was because of preference). The only thing that I would warn about is that we were out of power for about 2 days. So I would suggest getting an ESIM so that you can still have contact with the host and island manager. They got a small generator working for us but that only worked for charging our phones so that we could keep in contact. So just be prepared if that happens.With all that said I would 100% recommend staying here. Thanks Francesca

We don’t have enough words to describe our experience this weekend, lets just say we didn’t want to leave! Eduardo was great, and the house caretakers outstanding, it was the best stay we ever had anywhere in the world. Thank you, we will be back for sure!

I have rented hosting on Airbnb for a while and can say that I finally found the perfect house in all its fields: location, comfort, beauty, cleanliness, communication and services. Romulus was extremely attentive, approachable, and flexible from the very first moment. He gave us must-see tips from a pizzaiolo who came to us for a night of wood-fired pizzas and his reliable contact for a speedboat ride through Ilha Grande. Both exceptional indications!!!! Edilene was a full handed cook, with delicious snacks chosen by us through a varied menu of giving water on the good, including desserts. She made our shopping list, the market order and received delivery, already organizing everything. Her husband Evandro was also super helpful and available. He also makes a wonderful caipirinha! Not least, the friendly Vânia, who left the house impeccable in tidying up and cleaning, leaving all rooms in the house clean and smelling every day. She was still helping out in the kitchen. With all this support and comfort, we simply had to enjoy the private beach of clean and calm waters, the hammocks, the garden with coconut trees, the deck and the relaxing look. The children enjoyed the sea with the kayaks and floating rugs. The. Ping pong table was also a success. The house, in addition to being decorated with tasteful furniture and objects, has the special touch of PASSIONATE paintings by the owner herself and scattered around every corner. Detail that lives up to the name of the house a real charm! In addition, the house is wide and all linear, with the exception of access to the beach (sea level) and the main gate where the cars are parked (more flights of stairs). This was of unparalleled convenience, especially for my 80-year-old parents and limited mobility (cane and walker). Another amazing thing about the house was that at any point it was possible to have the vision of the other places, very important to watch the children and have more peace of mind. Beds are very comfortable. White linen and bath linen,  changed daily. Just the en-suite bathrooms that we found a little cramped, but no big deal! There were 13 of us in total, all in the same family and we were very well settled in the 4 suites. Ah! The gourmet area with a wood-fired oven and barbecue is a charm apart, a cozy beach front. However, my favorite corner was the hanging hammock on the deck over the sea, where I made my beautiful sunset photos, enjoying my moments by myself. We will certainly be back soon, as soon as some availability of the house is vacant. It has to be lucky! Thank you to everyone involved for the unforgettable holiday!!!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!
