All very nice and perfect! Just be aware that you are above a street with a lot of traffic.

Great place to stay in Asunción! Room with lot's of space good location and Andares del Agua with a lot o amenities. Sure I will stay here in my next trips to Paraguay.

Karen is a great host, always available and with quick responses. The location is great, with great features and utensils, consistent with the listing and photos. The double bed and pillows are very comfortable and the air-conditioning is impeccable, clean and with excellent cooling. Next door is a gym where you can pay per day, great for short stays. The neighborhood is calm and safe.

Quiet place, with close trade, covered garage, exactly as in the pictures, air conditioning working well and hot shower. I really enjoyed it and will be back more often!

quiet stay, house exactly as described, comfortable for me but especially for my parents who traveled with me. The air-conditioning in the rooms was essential and the cleanliness impeccable. It exceeded our expectations, had almost everything we needed, organized, beds are great, very nice accommodations… we spent a lot of time on the balcony in the back of the house… despite the rainy day it was very nice… we felt at home… Raquel always very attentive, helped us quickly when asked for anything…
