Very good stay! Clean apartment, extremely well located for visiting the center of Dinard. Everything is in walking distance. You even have the option to take the boat to visit Saint Malo! I recommend it 100%.

The location and views are perfect! Halfway between Saint-Briac and Saint-Lunaire, on foot from the beach and the coastal path, the two cities are within walking distance, reasonable distance. The apartment has all the comforts you need, like at home! Great stay as a couple, soothing and relaxing.

Beautiful apartment, great location, facing a small beach and a few minutes from the city center on foot. Highly responsive and welcoming host. The only small "drawback" would be the absence of Wi-Fi, absolutely not picking up the 5G network.

Nice, well-appointed and decorated duplex, true to photos. The views are fantastic. I particularly appreciated: the very clear instructions, the responsiveness of the host, the decor, the shower, the comfortable bed, the possibility of having a bike (not used), the calm and safety of the residence, the direct beach access! Would definitely stay again. Great for couples or solo.

Such a fantastic spot. I will never tire of the view! This was our second visit. We enjoyed meals on the terrace and took in the view over the harbour at every opportunity. We slept well in the comfortable bed after walks around the area with lots of fresh air.

Great location, very clean and well furnished house. Kitchen was well equipped. Sofa was comfortable and suitable for 2 person when it turns into bed. Isabelle was a great host, kind and friendly. she was super responsive and helpful. She welcomed us when we arrived. She showed everything in the house how to use. And she have prepared a big catalogue for the visitors. She explained everything, and showed around on the map where to go, what to go and suggest the best timings. Highly recommended

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Very very well located apartment, five minutes walk from the beaches, and in the center of Saint-Pair. The residence is very nice and clean, the apartment is spacious and impeccable, with everything you need to leave it impeccable. The garage is very nice. Thanks to Philippe for hosting us! Great stay at this listing! This one was clean, well equipped, and missing nothing. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the center, and a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the place and the setting. The place is very quiet with swimming pool and assigned parking space. Sophie is very responsive in answering our questions.

We enjoyed our stay very much: the location is excellent, close to the beaches, and the view is simply extraordinary. The apartment, fully renovated, is well equipped and very functional. Véronique is very attentive and responsive. The only downside, in our opinion, is the price, which we found very high (€260/night, including fees, during the holiday season). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels provided on arrival. The bedding is top notch. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.
