Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Paralia Koum Κapi

It is a "complex" with many independent apartments. The places are very clean, well maintained, the decor is very pleasant (many fruit trees, flowers etc in the common areas), and the pool is very clean. Georgina is very responsive and answered any questions we may have before we arrived. The apartment we had was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (dishes, towels, storage furniture...). It may be missing a small oven for those who, like us, want to be able to cook. A small problem with the A/C upon arrival, which was resolved immediately. All the staff are pleasant and attentive. Cleaning can be done (and well done!) on request. The place is well located, west of the island, about 20/25mn from Chania, 1 hour from Rethymnon, part of the island with many nice places to visit.

Absolute recommendation!! The room is very clean and has everything you need; the private terrace is lovely with an incredible view! Right next to the hotel there’s a wine bar with a very good wine selection. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Paleochora, 5 mins from basically everything, beach, restaurants, bus stations, etc… ❤️

We had a wonderful stay - apartment is fantastic - incredibly spacious with a beautiful view of the harbour from the main bedroom and balcony. We decided to pay more than we’d normally pay per night but it was worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Thank you, Di and Terry

A really very nice room, with great balcony where you can enjoy the coffee in the morning! We really enjoyed the night there and would be happy to come back. The communication and check-in worked super spontaneously, very late at night.

I think this is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed. The location was amazing and beautiful, and the room was perfect. Roula was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this incredible space for your stay in Chania.

So much more than expected. The location is ideal and only a 1 minute walk (literally across the laneway) to the beach. Had second level unit which provides the most beautiful views especially the sunsets. Lia was very friendly and responsive to any queries we had. Kalyves was stunning and can't wait to visit again. Ideal for families.

I absolutely loved my stay. Proimos Maisonnettes is a real gem. It has a lot of character and charm but what makes this place really special are the people: Constantinos, Vaso and Costas. They made me feel as if I was staying with friends or family and since I was there on my own, I really appreciated it. Make sure you eat at Costa’s because it’s like home made food you won’t get anywhere else in Platanias. Even something as simple as Greek Salad is amazing! The best one I have ever had and I had many! I loved my maisonnette. It was cosy, charming, clean and had everything I needed. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. I highly recommend Kyano and Match More, both close by. I cannot recommend this place more.

Amazing hotel 😄 The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of there way to provide a great service, cocktails delivered to your room or pool side was brilliant! Breakfast in the morning was a great standard, lots of options 😁 on arrival we were given a voucher for discount at the local restaurant, which was our favourite meals of the whole trip- definitely worth visiting. The cleanliness of the room and pool area couldn't be faulted, very high standard. The location of the hotel was a hour from the airport via taxi [70 euro]. Within walking distance of a handful of bars and local shops and the beach, however a difficult and busy road to cross in between. highly reccomend renting a car [30 euro a day] and using the hotel as a base to explore near by Rethymno and popular beaches around the island. looking forward to returning again next year!

Very well placed in the center. Ideal location to immerse yourself in the heart of the alleys of the old town and its atmosphere.

We stayed one night and, while small, the room was perfect for our needs. It also provided outdoor patio space overlooking the Venetian village street, which was appreciated. Very convenient to Old Town port. We had a car and were able to find parking near the beach, but car parking may typically be challenging.

Great stay, all as described. New hotel, spotless linens and very clean. Breakfast was fine and service very accommodating.
