Monthly Rentals in Paralia Kalives

Very nice welcome from Stella who had prepared welcome gifts for us: Easter eggs, cakes, wine and raki. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Kalyves, everything is within walking distance (grocery store, bakery, butcher…). The Potamos café near the river to have a coffee. Very good restaurants on the beach. All the comforts for this very clean charming home. The shower is a delight, hot water and good pressure. The washing machine is a plus. Stella is very available and allowed us to take a little extra time for our departure. Thanks for everything.

Well-located apartment a few steps from the center of a small quiet seaside resort with lots of bars and restaurants. Ground floor accommodation that stays cool and does not require air conditioning, which is very nice. Direct access to a covered terrace on the edge of the garden for outdoor dining. Eva and George are very pleasant hosts, knowing how to remain discreet although living on the upper floor, available in case of problems and providing good advice.

We had a really nice stay at Georgios place. Enjoying the seaside view while having breakfast on the terrace is amazing. The flat was clean and we found everything we needed. Would love to come back

We had a wonderful time staying with Birgit and Agis and I would come back anytime! Kalyves is a lovely little town where you can eat great, bathe, relax or do something. Same in the area. The place was the same as expected and we felt right at home. Check-in and check-out went great and the communication also worked great. The cottage is very cozy and has everything you need (the air conditioning saved my nights!) and also the garden invites you to sit outside even at high temperatures. Thank you!
