Monthly Rentals in Paralia Kalives

Our stay at Stella's apartment was very nice. Stella is very friendly and extremely helpful. We were personally welcomed and briefed. The apartment is located in the middle of Kalyves in a quiet cul-de-sac. You live among Greeks, which is sometimes not very quiet. We liked it very much. The apartment is so centrally located that you can easily walk to everything, the beach, the nice café on the river, the supermarket, bars and restaurants. The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and a shower that works very well. The pretty little outdoor space in front of the door is separated from the neighboring parking lot with a bamboo privacy screen. We liked sitting here. At certain times of the day, however, there is constant coming and going here. We would always come back.

We had a great time at this Cretan house. It has everything you need in the house. The terrace behind the house, under the grenadier, was very nice. The terrace, in front, next to the lemon tree, is enjoyable in the evening to soak up the last rays of sun. Solar hot water in April in the morning is not always available (only downside) The host is charming and responsive. I recommend it.

We had a really nice stay at Georgios place. Enjoying the seaside view while having breakfast on the terrace is amazing. The flat was clean and we found everything we needed. Would love to come back

We had a wonderful time staying with Birgit and Agis and I would come back anytime! Kalyves is a lovely little town where you can eat great, bathe, relax or do something. Same in the area. The place was the same as expected and we felt right at home. Check-in and check-out went great and the communication also worked great. The cottage is very cozy and has everything you need (the air conditioning saved my nights!) and also the garden invites you to sit outside even at high temperatures. Thank you!
