The site is exactly as stated in the listing description. All very clean and organized (House, garden and swimming pool). The fact that the house is inside a neighborhood with access control made us feel more comfortable about security. The beach is very close to the house and is very clean and quiet. Super recommend it.

All excellent! Very easy to communicate with Caio, who gave the tips and courtesies to improve our experience! The house is spacious, has separate suites. We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. Kitchen has equipment and the house holds more people in the living room. Equipped grill next to the pool. I recommend it, especially for sunny days!

Mr. Georges is Vitória They are extremely helpful, kind, all we need to respond quickly, on the women's day Vitória went to the house to greet us and took a box of chocolate, we were delighted! The house is charming, much better than the photos, a beautiful view, the space integrated with the barbecue, swimming pool and the house are wide, airy! All very clean, everything we need had in the house. We're already planning to come back!

Excellent house and host, everything was as in the photos and description, and I can say it was better than expected! Privileged location on Itamambuca beach, and lots to do nearby. When I needed to communicate with Fernando, he was always very quick to respond. I totally recommend it and I intend to return!

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as possums etc. The path to the beach is very close and the furnishings of the apartment are awesome. I'll definitely be back.

Cláudia is quite accessible and responds quickly. Your housewife, Mrs. Ceci, is very friendly and helpful. I recommend and intend to return.

Karin's house is comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay. Full kitchen, comfortable beds and it is in a beautiful and quiet condominium. This was our second stay at this house. Karin responds quickly and leaves the house very clean to welcome guests. We really like to stay there.

Ana was a great host, she was helpful and made us very comfortable, from the first contact, she gave all the information we asked for, and the place is like the photo, beautiful, spacious and cozy, great swimming pool next to the barbecue, very well cared for, airy and clean, we rest a lot with the tranquility of the place. we will return more often.

We spent 4 days at the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and very complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items such as salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, surfboards and beach tennis rackets, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving within 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super helpful but we had no doubts because everything is very well explained, there are clear instructions in all rooms. We loved it so much and hope to be back soon!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Vera's house in Juquehy is the closest you will find to paradise for an awesome beach time experience. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen and the dining area are fully equipped (something we value as people who like to cook). The house is close to the beach (a 5 minute walk will do) and the beach service is great. We will definitelly come back anytime soon.

Very nice and pleasant house, according to the photos of the ad, very quiet neighborhood, climate of the countryside, close to the beach, Dona Cida welcomed us very well, very friendly, I recommend.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this amazing house. In this time we felt already at home. Its a truly amazing place. The location could not be better. Its very central but still feels super local and not super touristic. You can reach everything you need walking. Denise and Andre are very helpful and supportive hosts. We fell in love with this place and will return for sure.

Amazing stay! I had a wonderful experience! Neuza was extremely attentive and responded quickly to messages. The house is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, well decorated and all the essentials available. The location is also excellent: close to restaurants, markets and tourist spots, but on a quiet and safe street. Check-in was simple and well explained, and all the details were thought out very carefully. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly, the shower was great. I definitely recommend this place for those looking for comfort, practicality and a good experience. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location is simply perfect – a few meters from the beach. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well decorated, airy and equipped with everything we needed for the days. The outdoor area is a highlight in itself, with a hammock, barbecue and plenty of room to enjoy with family or friends. The host was attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable. I highly recommend it for those looking for tranquility, comfort and an incredible experience in Bertioga. We'll definitely be back!
