We love the apt and the location. It was a great time, we even understood the stay. A full kitchen, a good gas shower and a good bed to sleep in is what a mother needs. Everything is clean. The little market downstairs was an advance in our lives and the washer and dryer saved us with the children's clothes. The only point, irrelevant to some, is that the apartment does not have a blackout curtain, so the external light (mall lights) make the apartment bright at night, especially the living room and double bedroom. I'm warning you, because there are people who only sleep in a very dark room, like my son. In addition, everything perfect. A place that would be joyful again.

Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

I would like to record the immense satisfaction of myself and my family for the lodging in the apt of Mr. Manoel. We were in 4, being a baby. Impeccable apt, perfect functionality, excellent cleaning (I have rhinitis and always suffer/I have ZERO problems. I felt comfortable). Condominium and beach service equally impeccable, helpful and flexible! Amazing structure! We'll be back for sure and recommend c/mta satisfaction. Everyone is to be congratulated for the services provided!

The Marijose apt is complete and super cared for me and my family. So much so that it was not necessary to contact there. Great space and location, quiet mto beach and family atmosphere.

We found the apartment clean, without the smell of mold, much like the photos of the listing, accommodated 6 people with peace of mind . Preserved furniture and utensils, additional beach chairs. The apartment is new, well equipped and everything was working perfectly. The hot water in the shower and air-conditioning in all rooms ensured a comfortable stay. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils. The kitchen floor was dirty, but that didn't interfere with the overall experience. The Wi-Fi performs reasonably and the property's location is excellent, providing easy access to various points in the city.

It was a wonderful accommodation, clean, organized, spacious and complete property (all household utensils). Air-conditioning functioning perfectly and good pressure in the showers. Larissa is an excellent hostess, always responding to messages quickly. Super recommend it!

We were greeted by Valéria, she showed all the apartment and the building. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Air-conditioning is new, in all bedrooms and living room. The employees are polite and helpful. We had no problem and at checkout we told Valéria that we were leaving. The swimming pools are great, especially for young children.

My family loved the stay, Raquel is always very polite, we'll be back. I recommend it.

Cozy, clean and very spacious apartment, accommodated my family very well, the activities inside the condominium make a difference for the children, polite and helpful staff, quiet and family atmosphere. Gabriel was attentive from the rental, answering questions and giving all the necessary support, during the stay he was always available to help us with whatever we needed. The apartment has a great location, with a market, bakery, restaurant nearby, where you can walk.
