The host is very friendly, responsive, helpful, and tried to accommodate all our requests. The home is well cleaned, and the house actually looks better than in the photos. The host even prepared some little treats for us, which we really appreciate. Overall we are very satisfied with the stay, especially the great hospitality of the host. Recommended!

Initially when we click the location on Google maps, we can’t find the place. After the host sent us the check in info, we are able to get there easily. Whole check in process was easy and smooth too. Host is friendly and even prepared some welcoming snacks for us. House is equipped with all that you need. Clean and quiet. Rooms are as per description. Good stay for 4 pax.

Wiwo hotel is a good place to spend days en Bintulu, the pronto it is good and the staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and delicious and the rooms are comfortables. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

The place of comfort from smpi is all ok, which x is ok when checking out suddenly tny about towels. Sy cek in xde dpt toileta yg blipat elok, yg ada 1 toilet dlmari almari bersidai. Xpasti dh used @ BLM. It should be this issue who handles to check the ptt dh house and confirm what's in the house. If we are as cust, jd mcm x shock and things depend on xde jwpn that I'm sure as a day stay @ cleaner that packs the house btl to x has a brg. It's a bit overwhelmed by this MCM situation.

I enjoyed my stay at Jinhold, Bintulu. The staffs were friendly, my bed was comfy, the place is clean, and the shower was nice. My towels were ready in the shower when I checked in so that wasn’t an issue. It’s very spacious and I highly suggest it for solo or couple. The shower is a bit small though but it was alright. 9/10 would come again ✨
