I love everything about this Villa. Clean, aircon was good, shower amenities, everything! I love how Andre is always asking if we're okay and asking if we need anything else. The housekeeper was friendly and understanding too! Despite all the reviews stating the construction all over the site, I had no problem when Andre gave me a heads up. To be honest, the constructions did not gave me and my friends any problem sleeping nor we find it disturbing. Everything went well. Thank you Andre and team for the warm hospitality ❤️

This AirBnB was amazing. The property in itself was modern and beautiful, has a great living space with kitchen well equipped for cooking as well as water for your drinking needs. The pool was amazing. The great thing about the bedrooms (both come with own toilet, shower and bath) they are separate to living spaces- so for us with children that was great can put the kids to sleep then go about your own thing without waking them up. It is in an area of Seseh that is going under a lot of heavy construction but inside the villa it’s as if nothing was going on outside. This place is ideal if you rent motorbike, but for family of 4 we just called gojek, they come right up to the property door so really no issue about transport. Eva the housekeeper is absolutely incredible, very kind always looking to help out and if you have laundry she happily takes it to be washed just need to pay her afterwards (to cover laundromats fee) overall amazing, would recommend and go back again. My girlfriend and I spent a whole month at Luka‘s villa and it couldn‘t have been any better. More than enough space to work, fast and reliable wifi, a precious pool, and cleaning provided very frequently. Since the villa is located in a side street, it‘s super quiet which is a rare find in this rather busy are. We‘ll definitely come back next time!

Nadia allowed us late check out at 08:30pm without additional charge, even though I told I would pay additional cost. Otherwise we might have great difficulties because our flight departure time was midnight and we had 3 kids. I would like to express sincere thanks to Nadia again.

All the staff were amazing and went above and beyond for for us. I've forgotten the spelling of their names but they started with a D and E, and the lady the help with brekky too was wonderful. I stay for 2 night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and we love the set up, it was perfect in every way. Will definitely stay again. Thank you so much to all the staff. 🫶

One of the best villas I have ever stayed in Bali! It’s new and very modern, giving the whole place a slight Mediterranean vibe. The architecture is stunning. We truly enjoyed our time there with family. The staff was incredibly polite and treated us exceptionally well. They responded to our needs even late at night and ensured that we had no problems with the villa or its facilities. They clearly explained everything, and the best feature was the private parking, which was a real blessing. The villa is also very close to Canggu town, making it within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and cafes. I must say, this is the best villa I have ever stayed in Bali!

Nice place

The villa was so great. The pool is great for the summer time since the water is so sneezing. The drink water pump is out of battery but dont worry i can recharge it with my powerbank. Its dissapointed i cant enjoy the red lights on the tree since everyone said it was cool. The parking lot is small for the big car, so please just come with a city car. Protip: although the host give the disc promo/special price, Maybe the host should give a lil bit care before the check in time so the dust is gone from every furniture, and the drink water pump battery is full. But overall thank u for the nice place 😊

This was our first stay when we arrived to Bali at the beginning of our 2 week trip for our honeymoon. The yard is so beat and spacious and we loved the outdoor bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay. There’s a nice cafe on site, and we highly recommend the spa. Everyone was so friendly. Definitely book this stay!

We had a great time in Pearl of Bali Villa. Great location in the center, close to many restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfy. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Thanks to Anna and Lidya for the hospitality and help during our stay. We would definitely come back to this villa.

Perfect place. Quick internet, nice bbq grill, friendly host! Authentic Balinese Joglo with secluded outside space located near all needed facilities. The size of the pool is tremendous. We have stayed for a month and enjoyed each day of it!

The Villa is not new but not old, the bedroom layout is very good and the large living/kitchen room is well designed. The deck chairs to sun bake need to be more flexible when lying on your stomach. The shower heads a very fine and the water can be dispersed unevenly. These need replacing. The aircon in the loungeroom does not blow cold air and we expressed this upon our visit with the attempt to fix but it did not make a difference. If the shower heads and aircon are fixed then the property is worth what we paid. Aircon in all other rooms worked well and the staff including Lenny were very helpful. I cannot fault anything else. Thanks for your hospitality.

OMG .... We were so impressed at Villa Zaza, easy to get to and it is in the perfect spot to get anywhere on the island . The rooms were well appointed and clean when we arrived and kept clean by fantastic staff , i fully recommend Juliens place for your family stay in Bali ... Great place to stay. But not suitable for kids to sleep alone in one room as the rooms are apart from each other and if you worry about little kids' pool safety ask for the fence to be up with a charge of $20 per day.

We had an incredible stay at Sejoli Villas for 6 weeks with two toddlers. The host provided us with any necessities we required for the kiddos (high chair, playpen, etc). The villas were staffed with workers, who made our stay even better. They were all kind and helpful, often playing with our kiddos and visiting with us. The unit was cleaned every day, and there were food/beverage service options. The bungalow was very large and well suited for a long term stay. The pool and inner courtyard were both great to be able to spend time outside, without needing to leave the compound. There would often be other guests around, so the villas had a small, communal vibe. Occasionally, the host would use the courtyard for his own friends or family gatherings. The location was a good middle point between Canggu and Seminyak. We were so thrilled to make this our temporary home, and would highly recommend to any family looking for a functional stay with a communal vibe.

Location. About a 10 minute walk from Kuta Beach. This stay is also super close to indoor bank with ATM's and local shops/restaurants. Stay. The upstairs showers is very powerful, which needed to wash all the beach sand off your body. They provided breakfast everyday and replenished dish soap and toilet paper for our 11 day stay. Don't stay here you don't like dogs. Clean. Cleaning was available every 48 hours. Again super helpful with sand. Communication. Sukna was extremely helpful. The power went out twice during our visit. Once at around 4am. She responded within 15 minutes and was super proactive and go the power company to come. Power came back on under and hour. The second time the power went off, there was trouble to the cables under the Indian Ocean, so the entire Kuta/Legian was out of power, she was helpful with the updates as to what was going and how soon they were able to get it back up. This outage lasted from about 1300-2100.

We really loved staying at Julia's. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom clean and the kitchen had so many appliances. Julia responded to me in less then a minute at times. she checked in on us and made us feel so comfortable. she also gave restaurant recommendations and was available to answer all our questions. I totally recommend staying at her place.

Beautiful place which was very affordable on a last minute trip. Kevin the host was very responsive and helpful, even arranged pick up from airport. Would definitely stay again next time I visit Bali.

I stayed with my partner and three kids and we had our own space the whole time in this villa, we never felt squished in. Great location walking to restaurants and beach clubs, extremly clean villa. Had a great few nights here chilling in the pool and going out for meals locally. Loved our stay, will stay again for sure now we now how easy it is to get here and just relax.

We were lucky to spend a week in this beautiful home, where we felt truly welcomed and well cared for. Very quiet high end area but so close Beach, shop, restaurants, etc. Communication with Vincent and Mr. Dewa was excellent — responsive, efficient, and always discreet. The property itself is a brilliant educational experience, especially for younger guests, showing how modern architecture can harmonize with the natural environment to create a comfortable, eco-conscious, and culturally respectful stay.
