Monthly Rentals in Laviana

The perfect place for a rural getaway. We spent a month here in February 2025, and everything was perfect. Many thanks to Ian for the warm welcome – the house had everything we needed for a month-long stay. The host was also very helpful with recommendations about points of interest around the house. Huge thanks, and I hope to come back someday!

We spent some wonderful days at the accommodation. Belén was an exceptional host, she even welcomed us with a cake and was always attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. We recommended great places to visit and eat. The accommodation is perfect for disconnecting in the middle of nature, quiet and very cozy. Everything was positive. We will definitely come back when we can and recommend it 100%.

We have been in the house for a week, 4 families with children, and despite being more than the capacity of the house, we have been and we have managed very well. The house has only one bathroom, but outside it has another toilet and shower that helped keep the house from collapsing. Monica is a superhost, always attentive to any need, always available and willing to help and make recommendations for plans, places to visit and where to eat... very grateful and very happy with the vacation at her home!!!

We were very comfortable in the apartment, small but super functional, we were 5 very comfortable people, if you are going with children, you have a room with many things to be entertained, 5 min from the vicinity of Oviedo, easy to park near the apartment, many places to eat, super friendly people and above all Gustavo who was attentive and explained all the places to visit nearby, Asturias is beautiful, when we return we will repeat, and of course, he welcomed us with a great cake, homemade Thank you Gustavo and family
