Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

Peaceful retreat, attached to a family home and nestled in live oaks on a one-acre lot, perfect for your OBX getaway! Easy self-check in, separate entrance, separate HVAC system, California King bed, a private deck and private covered porch. The guest suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, and screened-in breezeway with mini fridge and microwave. Guests are provided with two beach bikes and parking pass to our private community beach access, a leisurely 10 minute walk away.

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!
