Παρασκευής μια πετρόχτιστη πλήρως ανακαινισμένη κατοικία αποτελούμενη από ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι/κουζίνα το οποίο συνδέεται με το υπνοδωμάτιο και τη σοφίτα. Το σπίτι είναι 60 τ.μ. και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με πάρα πολύ μεγάλη άνεση 4 - 5 άτομα. Το καλντερίμι ακριβώς μπροστά εξασφαλίζει μοναδική ησυχία χωρίς να στερεί την άμεση πρόσβαση.
