Vacation rentals with a patio in Paldal-gu

First of all, it was so nice that they responded so quickly and kindly guided me.. Above all, I never imagined that I could rent a loft house in Seoul and stay, but it was an accommodation where romance seemed to come true. Thanks to you, I had a really good rest. 😉

It was such a perfect place to gather 8 people as a gathering of friends. The number of beds where everyone can lie down and relax, and the large table in the living room where you can talk was so nice. There were two bathrooms, and the view, atmosphere, and facilities were perfect for group gatherings.

The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was kind.

The room is a perfect size and a great deal for the price! The location is great, Mangwon is the best suburb in Seoul in my opinion and the airbnb is around the corner from the market. Would recommend, although the Airbnb is structured kind of like a dorm, and the walls are pretty thin, so sometimes I wonder if I was lucky that nobody was staying in the rooms next to me and that’s why it was so quiet

He kindly guided me and the interior was beautiful, so I felt great staying there! The sea is right in front, so it's good to go out to play, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so I had a good time!:)

The host is very friendly, responsive, and clear messages. The place is very convenient, next to the Hongdae shopping district. The house is large and comfortable, although it doesn't have very luxurious decoration, but it feels very homely. The most important thing is that there is an elevator!

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

The host was good, quick to respond, the first night we encountered a broken dryer and the host immediately changed one for us on the second day, worth recommending.

One of the best place that we have stayed via AirBnB and have the most amenities (even a styler, a bottle of moscato as welcome drink and bread for breakfast the next day)! Only few things that didn’t go so well:- 1. Would have helped to locate the unit easier if photos clearer instructions are provided. But the host is very responsive to re-direct us with clearer directions. 2. The unit is on the 4th floor so a bit of struggles with the luggages but again the host helped us with the luggages when we checked out. Very flexible host as well helping us with the luggage storage as well. 3. A bit of a walk from the nearest metro station although it’s a pretty flat walk.

Jinkyu's place is beautiful, very nice, too beautiful and quiet. It's great for walking with the family and they make great meals for you, I totally recommend it.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter who took a one year position in Seoul. The apartment was just as advertised. Great little neighborhood and we walked to the bus stops and subway station to get anywhere we wanted in Seoul. Everything we needed for our stay in Seoul.

Good place if you’re looking to stay near Yonsei University or close to hongdae. Fun location.

Jenna was absolutely fantastic and the Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for! Our group had such a great time! The place is in such a great location and every bedroom has its own bathroom! Jenna was super responsive if we had any questions or concerns. She made our visit so easy and concern-free! If you're bringing a group to Seoul, this is the place to stay!

The place was very clean and peaceful despite being near so many things to do. It was a great location to explore wolmido. The parking was hard to find initially so beware if you are going on a busy day like the weekend. The only downside to the place was that the sink drain wasn't draining properly but otherwise the place was great. The host even put out toys because they knew we were traveling with kids.

If i could rate 6 stars i would. Luann was an exceptional host from start to beginning. We had a little issue with a leak in the bathroom, however Luann got it sorted immediately and even fit in the fix time around out schedule. Thank you for making my trip that much more comfortable!

It's my first time booking a place to stay on Airbnb. It was really really really, really nice!

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the host's kindness. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
