Apartment vacation rentals in Paldal-gu

The accommodation is a small officetel located on the top floor of a 15 story building in the northern part of Suwon overlooking a buzzing street which for me was really relaxing. Also in the afternoon the sun beautifully shines through the window directly on the bed. It is just a 15min walk away from Ajou University where I needed to go. The place has all the amenities needed for a short- or even long-term stay. I was alone and had plenty of space. It will also be big enough for two persons but could get crammed at times. The building was a bit hard to find but that was probably on me for not being familiar with Korean addresses. I recommend inputting the original address in Hangul into Naver Maps.

Great location, 5 min walk form jungja station. View from the apartment was great. Lots of choices for restaurants and convenient stores.

We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

First of all, the best bed I’ve ever slept in out of all the AirBnBs I’ve been to in Korea. We loved that there’s two pillows to choose from, one firm and one soft. We were only there for one night to pick up our rental car but I can see us coming back since the area has lots of good food places and so close to public transportation. Highly recommended place to stay!!

The place is just like the pictures! It's cute and comfortable to stay. There weren't enough parking spots, but the host responded quickly, so I was able to park elsewhere. The host is so kind.

It was very neat and pleasant compared to other accommodations with similar conditions nearby. The necessary items are also well prepared, and there is a convenience store right on the first floor of the accommodation, so it is convenient.

The cleaning condition is good. It feels good because it's clean from the bathroom to the room. It's high-rise and has a great view, so it feels like I'm in a movie. There's no building across the street, so privacy is well guaranteed. Very satisfied. I had a nice stay!!~ ^_^

The location close to the station, the e-mart right in front, and the convenience store right next door are perfect. The host is also very friendly, and I was thankful that he answered my questions quickly! There was no inconvenience after staying for a week! The bed was fluffy and there was an outlet right next to the bed, so it was convenient! I'll use it again next time.👏👍

We arrived earlier than anticipated because our flight from New Zealand was delayed by 4 hours before departure. However, from then on everything with the apartment was faultless. Very central, clean, well provided for us - even treats and water which was very thoughtful. Coffee shops and small supermarket/restaurants right outside the building. Nice and quiet - except for a rare couple of occasions. Our host communicated with us very quickly and easily and any questions were settled immediately. We had a late flight and there was no issue with us staying in the apartment closer to our departure time from Seoul/Incheon airport. We have been impressed with South Korea and the level of kindness and friendliness of everyone - happy to recommend to others and we will 100% return again. Warmest regards - from New Zealand

Thanks to your quick response, I had a great stay. The surrounding area is a construction site, so there is some dust or noise, but there was no discomfort at all to live. I stayed so well that I want to use it again next year when I return.

Hey all 👋 I absolutely recommend you to book this apartment or any other apartment provided by this host Danny. I had a chance to stay in that beautiful apartment for a little more than a month. Everything is the best: the accommodation has all essential stuff for living. The neighborhood is very lovely. There are like 3 or more convenient stores around the apartment and very good supermarket in 10 minutes by walk. Also, there are all needed amenities like gym, drugstores, cafes and all. The place is very calm and quite. Also, Danny put helpful stickers both in English and Korean explaining everything. I also have to mention the kitchen - it had everything even air frier and it is very convenient and I miss it. Danny is amazing host and it was pleasure to communicate. He was very very helpful and helped me to find what I needed all of the time. He responds almost immediately. Also he provided some recommendations. Since I am not local he helped me a lot and explained everything.

The new apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything, so it was comfortable to stay. There are grocery stores and parks nearby, and there are many cafes and restaurants, so it was nice.

The accommodation is very close to the convention center.It was also great for local tourism and shopping, such as transportation location, lake, restaurants, and department stores. The interior was very tidy and tidy. There was an electric field on the bed, so I was able to sleep warmly. However, I was a little lost looking for the entrance to the accommodation, but I wish there were more detailed instructions using the features. It was a good shelter in the city center.

I came on a business trip and it was so comfortable. I was worried that it would be difficult to communicate, but it was a no-brainer. It was also convenient to use the washer, dryer, oven, etc. I want to use it again next time I come to Bundang.

I stayed for one night for a family event, and it was better than most hotels. And most of all, I was touched by the host's thoughtful consideration throughout the house!!
