We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

It was just like the picture. It was spacious and pleasant. There is no toothpaste, so be sure to bring yours!! I'll use it again next time!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Can’t complain anything. The location is superb just right outside of exit twelve of Suwon Station. Major buses also stopped just outside main road which made it very easy for sightseeing. The only gripe was if you carry heavy luggage you need to have strong arms to bring them through the underground mall of suwon station to exit 12. Other than that, the room was great and clean. And it was still quite quiet and peaceful for sleeping at night. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

It was an accommodation I stayed with a baby, but it was clean, had all the necessary items, and there were no clutter. There was a lot to eat nearby, and it was nice to take a walk.

The bedding and the bathroom were really neat and nice. The beam projector was easy to use, and I could feel that the host was concerned about us being able to rest comfortably, so if I come to Suwon again, I'm definitely willing to revisit!!! I had a comfortable rest 🤍

I have been very satisfied and comfortable at this Airbnb for the past two months. The accommodation was cleanly maintained, and the facilities needed for living were well equipped. Also, it was located in the center of the area where boutique shops and restaurants were clustered nearby, making life very convenient. The host was very kind, responsive, and considerate, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience throughout my stay. It was the best Airbnb I've ever experienced in this area, and if I visit again next time, I'll choose this place again.

It's connected to Dongtan Station, so transportation is convenient, and it's on the top floor of a department store building, so there are great amenities like cafes and restaurants. Even in the summer, the air conditioning is connected to the flow of the accommodation, so it's cool. I like the location, so I come to this building every time I go on vacation, and the host of Elstay was the most considerate and kind. I rested comfortably like at home with a warm heart and consideration. Thank you!

I stayed with my daughter for two weeks. First of all, the location and transportation are so good. 1 minute walk from the subway. If you get to Gangnam in 20 minutes, you're in! The airport bus also stops right in front of the house. There are many convenience stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The officetel is tidy and cute. The bed is comfortable. I didn't cook in the kitchen, but it had all the necessary utensils, and I used the Nespresso and electric kettle very usefully. I used the drying rack, hair dryer, and everything else in the laundry room. Most importantly, a kind host. He answered questions right away. Please send me a KakaoTalk message as soon as the detergent runs out. I had a really comfortable stay.

There was a lake park and department store nearby, and it was convenient because everything was nearby! The accommodation was the same as the photos. The bed was also fluffy, so it was comfortable to sleep in, and most importantly, I prioritize cleanliness, and it was really clean and nice✩ ⃛( ͒ ु•·̫• ू ͒) I want to use it again later!!

It was such a worthy stay for a long trip of 6 families.The 3 rooms were tidy and the air conditioning worked well. There was a separate laundry room, so it was really nice to be able to do laundry. Plenty of parking space definitely reduced the stress of having to drive a car in Korea The manager always kindly brought me plenty of towels, so I had a really comfortable time. It's a place I want to visit again on my next trip.

The shampoo, soap, conditioner, and towels were well equipped for living, and there was a dryer and other coffee capsules, so it was really nice to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Next time I go to Korea, I think I'll come back.
