We had an overall great stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared for travelers. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary snacks and bottled water in the fridge, and the host thoughtfully provided toiletries, which made things so much easier for us. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful stay. Just a quick tip: when booking a ride (e.g., via Maxim or Grab), enter alley name and include the house number in the notes, as some drivers had a bit of trouble locating the exact spot since it's tucked near an alley. On the second day, we had a small issue with the gate lock, it needed a firmer pull to open. It’s a good idea to have the host’s contact number handy just in case. Despite that minor hiccup, we truly loved this place and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! It’s about 15-20min journey to city.

it’s the location and cleanliness that impressed us the most. imagine being in Thailand and in a house with 7-11 next door…!!! my kids made countless number of trips there. there’s always something they needed to buy
