Monthly Rentals in Pak Nam

We had a great stay at Nach’s place. Everything is as described with apartment clean and matching the photos, access to common areas, and great check in experience as we were able to check in earlier and Jazzy came herself to give us a guided tour, which let us feel at ease from the first minutes. The location is a bit far from the city center (40-60 minutes commute), but it’s easy to get to the BTS sky train station right near the condo entrance. Definitely would come stay again in the future.

Had a great stay. Super convenient location for BTS access. Made it really easy to get around. Great facilities in the building as well. Host is super helpful and very quick to reply. Would happily stay again!!

Pros: Mei, the host was wonderful and very helpful. The building has nice amenities. There's hardly ever anyone using them. So if you are a remote worker or want to hangout at the rooftop pool you will have the place pretty much to yourself most days. BTS was a quick 3 min walk across the street. Lawsons downstairs to grab last minute things you may need. Also, the next BTS station has a mall that has a nightmarket you can grab a bite to eat. Though its further out, the ride on BTS wasn't bad to get to Asoke, took about 35 mins. The great thing is you're guaranteed a seat since train is pretty empty since its one stop from the end of the line. Inside the unit is comforable for one person & equiped with the basics you will need. Closet space was an added bonus for a studio because it gave much needed storage space and organization. Co -The lining inside comfoter needs to be changed because it doesnt stay in place. - a little road noise because it's facimg a main street.

It was an absolute joy to stay at Krittiya’s place. The apartment photos are accurate. We felt right at home immediately. The building is handsomely appointed and the staff is friendly and professional. Krittiya was an excellent host. The finest imaginable. We cherish our time here and we were so sad to leave. I give Krittiya the highest recommendation. Eleven stars.
