City Council solving everything with a lot of practicality and speed. The atmosphere is very pleasant, I hardly found the other guests of the other apartments. It is an environment in which everyone is there for an important reason so everyone respects the privacy and silence of the other. The Quintal das Araucárias house is wonderful. We observed impeccable cleanliness when we arrived, the details of organization and decoration also caught our attention. The backyard is beautiful and there is still a risk of leaving loaded with pine nuts. Jaqueline's service was exceptional. Our stay in São Joaquim was great. The hosts, Mr. Flávio and Mrs. Cleusa, are wonderful. They welcomed us very well, gave us several tips and were available throughout our stay. The house is identical to the photos, simply perfect, cleanliness and impeccable organization. You can see the care of hosts in every detail. The whole house is equipped and offers us basic items that are always needed. So far, it's been our best hosting on Airbnb. Sure, we'll come back more often.

We were delighted with "our house," a space with a beautiful view, quiet and organized. It made all the difference on our trip. The children went fishing and released them in the lake, there were owls, ducks, Luna (dog) who welcomed us and was very affectionate, even the White Shirt "neighbor's pet pig" made our children's experience special. A tree lit with floor fire on the deck was the icing on the cake. There were basic items in the house, such as spices, salt, detergent. Mr. Helio is always attentive when we need him. He gave us pine nuts and plenty of firewood to ward off the cold. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

We were in two couples, both by motorcycle (big trail) the chalet is far from Urubici, 20 km, a part the GPS does not show..the end ( big) of the path is gravel climb type same, up the night.. It was an adventure..The chalet is large and comfortable has four bedrooms with several beds... lush landscape.

The house is wonderful! We have a great time as a family! We love it so much and we will take the memories with us for the rest of our lives! The place is beautiful and well isolated, but the kitchen is very well equipped and prepared to cook food for many people! The blankets are super warm and the house is very well prepared so we don't have to work with anything! We love and will come back more often for sure
