We had a stay at this charming colonial-style house. The gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The bathrooms were very basic but spotlessly clean, which we appreciated. Krishantha provided a reliable and reasonably priced airport pickup and drop-off service, which made our travel so much easier. He was also incredibly accommodating, picking us up from restaurants in the evenings and even dropping us at the train station for the next leg of our journey. We stayed here both at the beginning and end of our holiday, and it was the perfect place to relax. A very lovely and hospitable couple—highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, somewhat remote, villa with amazing surroundings. We walked down to the river, did yoga on the patio and had Ayurvedic treatments next door. The owner is a charming person with a beautiful vision for the place. He was very friendly and took time out to show us around the garden and let us try fresh herbs and spices. I would recommend to have a car so that you can get to Kandy and visit all beautiful and inspiring sights the area has to offer.

We were a family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) staying overnight at Chandana's place before heading out to Bentota next day noon. We arrived around 9:45 PM tired and weary, but were welcomed by the warm home of Padmi and Chandana. They had cooked some amazing hot dinner for us which we wolfed down. Their house is very contemporary and comfortable, and we all slept well. The rooms and the house is very clean with all the necessary amenities - whether you are renting the whole house or individual rooms. It is also in a quiet neighborhood and we woke up to the sounds of birds chirping. Definitely a place we will consider when we visit Colombo next.

We had a wonderful time! Vajira and his team on-site were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available. Check-in was smooth, the accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Even small questions or requests were handled immediately. You can really feel that Vajira and his team are passionate hosts. We would love to come back anytime and can highly recommend staying here!

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

Lake Villa is a very private and relaxing environment. If you need a wind down from the hustle and bustle of the city this is a good spot. Extremely peaceful and calm environment with nature all around. We even had peacocks walk by in the garden. During our holiday this is the last place we stayed at and hands down the best food and service. We were looked after very well. Highly recommend 👌

had a great month at ferdys its better than described pictures dont do it justice local shops and bakerys are easy walksand ragama few minutes in tuktuk 300rps. ferdys daughter shereen was always helpfull and responds to any query almost immediatly overall a really great place to stay highly recomend

This house is idyllic. It’s right by the beach, absolutely beautiful location. It was clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, good shower pressure. Shani was an amazing host. She responded quickly to any questions (we had a lot) and was extremely pleasant and obliging. Food costs extra but was delicious.

My family and I loved the house and everything about it. As somebody mentioned before there are 3 bulls/cows, 4 dogs. They don’t bother you at all but the kids didn’t play as much as they wanted in the backyard because they were afraid of the bulls. The house is VERY clean, very comfortable beds and big bathrooms. And most importantly the staff are very respectful and helpful.

Sujith is a great host, our family of 15 enjoyed the stay, and definitely recommending others who wishes to visit kandy to rent his place. The place is clean, privacy, secured environment and breathtaking view. They are helpers also at your disposal for basic needs or assistance.

Fabulous location for a pit stop and views are amazing. The food was delicious, staff attentive and we stayed as a group and we all enjoyed it. Note bring mosquito repellent for the evenings if you wish to stay out:)

We had a great time staying at the villa. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was good, generous and served flexibly whenever we were ready. The garden and the pool are really pretty. Rohan was so accommodating and amazingly helpful with organizing transport and everything else we needed. The two dogs are really cute, especially goofy Mario. All in all I can really recommend staying at the villa, especially if you want to relax with a group of friends or family.

Great place to stay as a group or family in Wadduwa, the spaces and huge with a big pool and direct beach access. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home, the food prepared for us was some of the best Sri Lankan food we ate during our stay!

The service at Villa Sanara is exceptional, and we can not speak highly enough of it. From Sam's super responsive correspondence in the lead up to the trip, collecting us at the airport at 4am, to Sandun's personal tour services and taking us in to Colombo to replace broken luggage. We were so impressed that we asked for assistance with arranging the rest of our Sri Lankan trip and a personal driver, which Sandun willing provided. The food prepared by the chef was delicious, and all our requests (mangos, guava, papaya, as well as Sri Lankan food suitable for kids!) were met. The kids loved the pool and the sunsets over the ocean were great.

The food quality was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed Breakfast. *The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the pool was well-maintained, offering a refreshing dip after a long day. * The service was excellent, with the staff always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. * We highly recommend this guest house for anyone visiting Negombo!

Thank you for the most beautiful and pure experience in nature. Together with my boyfriend, we enjoyed every second in this hidden, breathtaking space. In the middle of the nature - the best food served fresh and experimental every day. We felt in heaven. I will come again. ❤️

Beautiful villa, lovely swimming pool. The rooms were lovely and had AC. Shame you couldn’t swim in the sea at the bottom of the garden. There was a cooked in the living area, this did not work. The food from the menu was expensive , so we didn’t eat there
