"the Sharpe's Place". Open view,close to the city

THE SHARPE'S PLACE is a very comfortable house, with all the western people needs as well as Indonesians. Our house really has good air circulation with a lot of windows. Has open view at the front because of the location is at the river banks. Only 5 minutes driving to the centre city. It is a comfortable place to stay for vacation. We have 1 cat, she is nice. Noise might come from the road at the front. Nothing we can do about it. Its close to the city centre. You will love this place anyway.

It has 2 bedrooms with a very spacious master bedroom can be added extra beds if needed. the bathroom is extra spacious along with a bathtub and hot water. the entire area has good sun access and is surrounded by a secure fence. the location of the venue is next to the field embarkation hajj dormitory. Complete with a clean kitchen and a dirty kitchen + an extra comfortable work place with air conditioning.

Our stay in Padang was perfect. The location of the hotel is ideal, directly at the sea and not far from the city, with options for eating and shopping. The stuff of the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious.

the house is quite new and has big parking area , big bed room dan bathroom. we could use the kitchen, dining and living areas too. we feel like at our own home. the place is in city center & china town area , malls and resto are nearby. the host is so friendly and helpful. we will come back when we visit Padang

Theta Indekost is worth stating at! 😎 It is very central which is very helpful! 2mins to the beach and only a few minutes walk to shops, a gym & different services. 🏝️ It has a working desk which comes in handy. The electronic door key is very cool! It feels safe and feels homely 😊 It is good value! 💸 I appreciate the price I had to pay. I would even stay longer if I had the time. It was a good first stay in Indonesia for me! 🇮🇩 I recommend Theta Indekost for other digital nomads, backpackers & budget travelers! Thx Theta Indekost for the pleasant stay!
