A place quiet, safe and nice. The beach can be reached in 6 minutes by walking, as well as downtown. There is a restaurant where they prepare seafood 1 minute walk. Laundry is shared, and other people from different apartments also use it. It was uncomfortable at first, but after talking to Carlos, I felt calmer. He responds to quick messages, and is very friendly. It helped me get mobility when going to the agency. Thank you Carlos 🤗

Everything was great. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities. What if there is a lot in the area they are mosquitoes, and on the window curtains there is a lot of trace of them... you have to give a clean to the curtains. It is less than 10 minutes from the beach, for which I went, so it is very good that, and there are good restaurants nearby with very good food.
