This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The view is absolutely stunning with ice-capped mountains all around. It truly felt like a home away from home. Although it’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station, it’s totally worth it. Highly recommend!

The stay was absolutely incredible — truly one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Annette was so kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and offer great local tips. The location was ideal for exploring Lauterbrunnen Valley, Grindelwald, Gimmelwald, Mürren, and all the stunning nature around. The village felt like a hidden gem — peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. The walk up to the home was serene, surrounded by beautiful views and fresh mountain air. Everything about the experience felt authentic and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and hope to return one day.

Where to start? This was hands down the best AirBNB experience we’ve ever had. Everything about our stay was top shelf. The apartment had every feature that we could hope for to make ourselves comfortable. We were staying for six nights in Wengen and were able to unload our stuff and settle in. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong and the hot water was plentiful. There was zero noise at night to disturb our slumber. The washer and dryer were a welcome amenity and worked perfectly.

Through the booking process as well as the stay itself, Annette and Luke were the perfect hosts, patiently answering my endless questions and offering additional helpful information that enhanced our stay. It helped a lot that the apartment was located in beautiful Wengen, which has a lot to offer visitors to the Berner Oberland; having a place like Annette and Luke’s was icing on the cake!

Annette is an amazing hostess!! She makes you feel so welcome immediately and was quite helpful throughout the stay. The air b n b itself is adorable. It’s super close to all of the action but far enough removed that you feel like you’re a part of the place. There was a hike she recommended that we did one morning and it was probably my favorite, as we got to see locals starting their day against the insane nature. It was also a very short walk, with little sheep on the way, from the train and there’s a great market close by and restaurants. The air b n b is also very cozy and well stocked. It was the only air b n b I went to that had sugar which is such a small thing but it was the attention to detail like this in her place that made me feel immediately at home (maybe for you it’s puzzles or extra socks). The bed was quite cozy which made for the perfect respite after long days of exploring. I can’t wait to come back here for our next visit to Switzerland. Missing here already! :)
