We had an incredible stay at Warner’s Camp! The property is absolutely stunning, but the backyard area was the real highlight for our group. We spent our evenings barbecuing on the grill, hanging out around the fire pit, and relaxing right by the river. Swimming and spending time down at the water made the stay unforgettable. The house itself had so much charm and character, and Amy was a fantastic host. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Warner’s Camp! The house has so much character and charm, but the real highlight is the property and the incredible setting along the river. Sitting outside listening to the water, enjoying the fire pit, and having the swimming hole and sauna right there made it such a true ADK experience. The house was comfortable, well equipped, and had plenty of space for our 2 families. The location was also perfect, quiet and secluded enough to really feel like a getaway, while still being a short drive to Keene and Lake Placid. Amy was a wonderful host and made everything incredibly easy from check-in through checkout. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making Warner’s Camp feel special. Highly recommend!

Very clean with tranquil surroundings

Gorgeous location, perfect for a girls weekend. We could have sat on the screened porch all day watching the birds. Perfect ADK charm inside and out, tastefully decorated farmhouse with plenty of room for all of our guests. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. Wish we booked a few more days!
