Don’t recommend this company. They didn’t say there are repair works in building and they didn’t try to solve it or to share details, they were busy with their trip to mountains. We had to wake up every day at 9 morning because of drill. In apartment there are not such obvious things as microwave and clothes dryer (they mentioned they have it). In my opinion company doesn’t like to talk to guests and solve problems. But I have also to say that it’s clean and in good area - that’s why only 3 stars.

Our stay at this villa was extremely disappointing. To start with, the villa lacked basic amenities like a remote control for the AC and an iron. The temperature on the AC was set to 26°C, and we needed the remote to adjust it, but we could not find one. We reached out to the company managing the villa about these issues, but unfortunately, they were unresponsive for an entire day. We had further questions regarding the WiFi and an electricity shutdown in the middle of the day, but again, received no response. We had to escalate our complaint to Airbnb management due to the host’s unresponsiveness, but even after that, the host did not provide any assistance.
Additionally, the water pressure in the villa was incredibly low, making it impossible to take a proper shower during our stay. We even had to use fresh water bottles just to wash our faces, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we found ants and lizards inside the villa, which raised serious hygiene concerns.

The villa is amazing, exactly as described. I enjoyed it with my family and felt at home. I will visit it again for sure
