Everything was wonderful. David is a very helpful and attentive host. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommended!

The place is on the 16th floor of an older khrushovka, so you know what you will be getting. The apartment is very nice and remodeled and has everything you need to cook and good for a long stay. The neighborhood is in the hills basically at the frontier of tbilisi so its far from everything but Lisi lake, which could be good or bad depending on your plans. I highly recommend this place for long term stays for remote workers, but tourists, not so much. David was an excellent host and resolved all the issues I was had. Across the street is a nice bakery and you can get fresh bread. The elevator in this place is wild though!

My stay was really disappointing, that is why I checked in at evening I left next day in the early morning , apartment doesn’t match the photos , apartment was not clean , full of dust and towels are old and smells dust apartment locked up for too long I guess needs professional cleaning , AC is full of dust and when I opened it , dust came out so I closed it immediately, jacuzzi over there was really dirty full of hair and wastes. balcony was a disaster full of dead insects but I can understand it is a balcony what was really awful is spider webs all over the apartment and lamps as well everything over there needs to be new and clean , the only two positive things are the view from balcony that’s what you can get + Netflix account TV is good and host is talkative that’s all hope next guest won’t face the problems I faced and I hope my review is not harsh however I wrote it with full honesty .
