Great place for large groups, we only had 15 but could have easily fit a lot more. Hosts were extremely responsive especially after our original rental place had maintenance issues they offered us a great solution and were very accommodating for the switch. Place was very nice, a little dusty but overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house for our week long stay.

I want to first start by saying this was a great place for large groups. We had a family vacation. We have adult children with children of their own and we were all able to stay there with comfort. This place is beautiful as far as all the surroundings every view was beautiful Even the rain did not bother us. I love all the sounds of all the animals and creatures that you hear at night time however there’s a ton of potential here but needs some care cleanliness there is roaches and other bugs in this place the pool area desperately needs attention. We cleaned it really good when we got there. I understand it’s windy leave Spa, but it needs more attention than it’s given to it. There was leftover food. I’m talking food that was ordered at a restaurant and left in the refrigerator when we arrived and the extension cord hanging from the shower, which is a water heater shower head is very dangerous. Someone can get electrocuted from that. But we enjoyed our stay lots of potential here

When our group of 12 arrived to celebrate my 50th birthday, we immediately had difficulty entering the property. The host provided unclear directions on the location of the key boxes and the codes to get in. Finally after almost 45 mins we entered the home. We immediately could smell the musty odor in the units. We walked through each unit and we found bugs dead on the floor. Ants all over the counters. Couches were stained, old and dirty and broken furniture pieces throughout. You could visibly see dust and dirt on light fixtures and walls. Children toys and booster seat were dirty. Microwaves and stoves had old food that hadn't been wiped out. The rugs were visible dirty. They had electrical cords plugged in from the outlets to the shower heads to help heat the water. Broken and old patio furniture. Pool was full of leaves in and around it. Deflated floating devices ripped and molded. And roaches in the kitchen. The pictures definitely were deceiving. We had the worst experience!
