We love the location. This is the second time we've stayed at this place.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Adriana’s home. The rental was clean and well kept. Originally when I booked the listing said bunk beds in the second bedroom, but it was newly renovated and the bunk beds were replaced by a queen sized bed. Fortunately the sofa turned into a comfy futon my 10yo daughter could fit on, so there was no issue. The black out shades, comfortable mattress, and excellent AC made sleeping easy in the bedrooms. The location was SUPER convenient to carry our stuff to and from the beach with no problem. If you go to a beach that does not have shade be prepared to rent an umbrella as there is no beach umbrella in the unit and the beach chairs are camp chairs which are not very comfortable for long days at the beach. Our friends also rented nearby and had Tommy Bahama chairs available that we borrowed. Otherwise, everything was perfect and would highly recommend!!

We loved the Blue Beach House! The community has 18 casitas, easy parking, and is quiet. It's super close to the beach and a few good restaurants and bars, and <5 min to drive into downtown Rincon. The space was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of 4.
