I would highly recommend this place! Very friendly, helpful, and responsive host! Clean house and very homey, exactly how listed. Great price for the amount of room. The host was very accommodating when we needed a last minute stay due to issues with our other rental! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Cozy apartment, did not feel like a basement at all! Peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. The shower was definitely my favorite part! You have to keep in mind that there can be people upstairs; footsteps are heard loud and clear. Besides that we were able to sleep great and with no noise when it came time to laying down.

This was the perfect place for a family reunion. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space, and we could always find privacy if needed. The hosts were extremely responsive, but not intrusive at all. In our book, 5 stars. Thank you!

Great place to stay.. The basement was fully stocked with everything I needed. The place was super clean and felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again when i am back in the area.
